The Tommy Diamond Autorama Auction offers an exquisite array of the finest, rarest, and most one-of-a-kind automotive collectibles. From dealership signs, hood mascots, and transportation toys, to gas pumps, racing posters, and garage relics, the auction has something for everyone. These vast arrays of authentic automotive items are all sold at no reserve to the highest bidder regardless of bid price. All lots may be previewed in the American Spirit Pavilion.
AUTOMOBILIA AUCTION BIDDER REGISTRATION OVERVIEW:
To register as an Automobilia only bidder at the Tommy Diamond Autorama Auction event, you must first complete the Automobilia registration process.
1) Complete and sign bidder registration form.
2) Payment of $50 registration fee: To charge the registration fee to your credit card, enter the type, account #, and expiration date on the registration form before mailing, or enclose a personal or business check.
3) Copy of your driver's license.Bidders will be issued a bidder paddle number only after the following items have been received and your method of payment for Automobilia has been approved. Bidder credentials will not be issued if the application is incomplete of if required items are omitted.
PAYMENT METHOD AND REQUIREMENTS:
Verification of payment method for Automobilia purchases. You may select form the following options:
Personal or business check. You are required to submit a Bank Letter of Guarantee to validate your desired bid limit. Minimum $2000. Checks must be drawn on account that appears on your Bank Letter of Credit. (Sample letter available on web site or by request)
Cash. An advance deposit of 10% of your desired bid limit is required. Check in at auction is required to submit deposit and obtain bidder paddle. Deposit will be applied to your purchase, or will be returned to you on-site at the Automobilia registration desk.
Cashiers Checks. A copy of the Cashier's Check, made payable to Tommy Diamond Autorama, in the full amount of your desired bid limit. (More than one Cashier's Check in varying increments may be submitted.)
Driver's License. A photo copy of your current driver's license or state issued identification card.
DEALERS:
In addition to the following requirement, we also require a copy of you State Resale License/Tax ID Number. Resale exemption form must clearly state "Automobilia" as items purchased for resale.
Automobilia Bidder Commission 15% Live 17% Internet or Absentee.
Automobilia Registration Fee $50. Includes bidder paddle and seating in bidder area only during Automobilia auction. Please note: No other events or auction privileges are conveyed, registrants must pay daily admission fee for entrance to the event.
